Refund Policy

Unfortunately, Maison Calypso does not accept refunds or exchanges for these hand made products. We provide all information needed to make an informed decision as to whether the product being sold is suited to your needs.
If you have any questions in regard to any of our products, please email us via our Contact Us page on the website prior to checking out and making payment. We are always here to help our lovely customers.
Upon checkout, you are required to accept all information associated with making a sale at Maison Calypso. It is your decision as a customer to fulfil an order with Maison Calypso

Sale Items

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on any SALE ITEMS.

Late Delivery

We do not offer any refunds for orders that arrive late or not when you expected them. We have stated clearly in the order confirmation email that our processing time is approx 10 to 12 business weeks. The processing time DOES NOT include weekends, public holidays, or the Christmas week break. We can not be held responsible for postal delays.

OH NO! Our Product Is Faulty, What Now?

Please inform Maison Calypso ASAP if you have received incorrect or faulty items and we will work with you to sort out the easiest way to rectify the issue! Unfortunately, we are only human and mistakes and mishaps can happen. We will cover the return postage for our own faults.
